About the meditation
The goal of meditation is to connect to our Upper Self or to the Source. In this pure state, the Light flows in, which raises our soul and body to a higher vibrational state.
The shamanic guided meditation begins with a short conversation, where each participant tells the purpose of coming and what they expect from the meditation. This section helps my shamanic part to connect to you and your energetic system. After that, the meditation begins with my guidance, while my shamanic part falls into a kind of trance, connects to you and starts his work as a helper. During the meditation, the 7 main chakras clean up, harmonized and rise up to a higher vibration state. Maybe physical sensations and internal images and suggestions also appear. Current and past life traumas could be appear and resolved. At the end of the meditation, there is the relaxing part, where the chakras are harmonized.
You can choose both a group meditation and an individual session. For the first steps are the perfect choice the group meditation, but if you want to work more focused, the individual meditation is preferable.
